2013 will be a historic year for us animal lovers. On March, 11th the EU is expected to end the import and the sale of animal tested cosmetics. This ban is the result of 20 years of campaining by organizations such as The Body Shop and Creulty Free International.
The last news I had heard about the ban was that France was still against it, probably because of pressure coming from its important cosmetics brands. But the ban IS happening.
